Pilon, Sister Beverley, (Sister Marie Lalemont)

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton aresaddened to announce the death of Sister Beverley Pilon at St. Joseph's Motherhouse, Hamilton, Ontario on Saturday, February 11, 2012 in her sixtieth yearas a Sister of St. Joseph. She was thedaughter of the late Frederick and Adeline Pilon. She was predeceased by her sisters Agnes, Dora, Catherine, Alice and Helen and brothers, Fred, Gerald and Alvin. She is survived by her sister Lorraine Smithof Hamilton and her brother Vincent and his wife Betty of Burlington.

She will be remembered with love by manynieces and nephews and especially by her niece, Sister Doreen Kaminski CSJ, Hamilton. She will also be missed by the members of herreligious family, the Sisters of St. Joseph.

Sister Beverley, will be remembered as awoman of deep faith who shared her talents generously as a music teacher inBrantford, Kenilworth, Mount Forest, Arthur, and Milton. Sister also served asa Superior in Arthur, Hamilton and St. Joseph's Villa, Dundas. She served forfive years as a member of the CSJ Hamilton Leadership Team. As well, shecoordinated the CSJ Companions for ten years. In recent years she has beeninvolved in prayer ministry and arts and crafts.

The Sisters of St. Joseph will welcomefamily and friends at St. Joseph's Convent Motherhouse, Hamilton, on Tuesday,February 14 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:30 -8:30 pm. A Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebratedon Wednesday, February 15 at 10:30 am, at St. Joseph's ConventMotherhouse. Interment to follow at HolySepulchre Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations tothe Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton for the works of the Sisters would beappreciated.
